Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a PATTS Lead to join its Workday Practice. You will lead hands-on HCM payroll, absence, time tracking, and scheduling on client projects, guiding design sessions, capturing requirements, and mentoring consultants.

Responsibilities include configuration, testing, go-live support, and post-production hypercare, with a focus on delivering high customer satisfaction. Up to 50% travel and on-site support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of relevant Workday experience or Master's with three years.
• 2 full Workday payroll implementations completed.
• Current Workday Pro Partner Certification: Payroll for USA, Time Tracking, or Absence.
• Up to 50% travel; ability to provide on-site support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on HCM payroll, absence, time tracking, and/or scheduling on projects.
• Facilitate design sessions, capture requirements, configure solutions, mentor consultants.
• Document, test, support go-live and post-production hypercare.
• Collaborate with project leadership to communicate challenges and improvements.
