Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Workday HCM consultant to join the Workday Practice in the United States. You will deliver full HCM payroll, absence, and time tracking deployments, leading design sessions, gathering requirements, and mentoring junior consultants.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant Workday experience or 3+ years with a Master’s degree, plus at least 2 full Workday payroll implementations. Up to 50% travel with some remote/work-from-home balance offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Workday payroll, absence, time tracking experience.
• At least 2 full Workday payroll implementations completed.
• Current Workday Pro Partner Certification: Payroll for USA, Time Tracking, or Absence.

Responsibilities

• Lead on projects implementing HCM payroll, absence, time tracking and scheduling.
• Facilitate design sessions, capture requirements, configure solutions, and mentor consultants.
• Prepare documentation, perform configuration, testing support, go-live and post-production support.
• Engage with the PATTS team culture to drive ongoing innovation.
• Collaborate with project leadership to communicate challenges and process improvements.
• Demonstrate consultative skills and aim for high client satisfaction.
