Job summary

Everfox is seeking a seasoned Accounting Operations Specialist with hands-on Workday Payroll Administrator experience to support U.S. bi-weekly and U.K. monthly payroll cycles.

The role requires operating within the Workday Payroll Administrator security role, resolving payroll issues, and configuring earning and deduction codes. You will partner with HR, HRIS, Benefits, Finance, and OSV to manage payroll execution, audits, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Recent (within last 1–2 years) Workday Payroll Administrator experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate Workday Payroll Administrator security role to support payroll processing.
• Troubleshoot Workday payroll issues and coordinate with HRIS/OSV for resolutions.
• Configure and maintain earning/deduction codes and related payroll objects.
• Understand how compensation and benefits flow into payroll results.
• Review Workday transactions for payroll impact (hires, changes, benefits).
• Support payroll testing for releases and updates.
• Maintain payroll documentation and procedures.
