Job summary

Ever.Ag in the United States is seeking a hands-on Payroll & Benefits Administrator to own global payroll and benefits programs. You’ll manage Workday Payroll, resolve issues, and partner with Finance and People teams to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery.

This role requires 3–5 years of experience in payroll/benefits and a bachelor’s degree in a related field; global payroll experience is a plus. A flexible hybrid setup and the chance to shape critical People Ops processes await.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in payroll, benefits, leave administration, or People Operations.
• Hands-on Workday Payroll experience required; not just HRIS modules.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day payroll, benefits, and leave administration for a global org.
• Manage payroll and benefits processes, records, controls, and lifecycle activities.
• Troubleshoot payroll data issues in Workday and ensure data integrity.
