Impact Business Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing in a 100% hybrid role (onsite Wednesdays and Thursdays). The candidate will ensure accurate calculations, deductions, taxes and W-2s, while coordinating with Workday and/or UKG and a third-party processor.

The role requires staying current with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, addressing complex inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll cycles and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with federal/state payroll laws including FLSA.
• Ability to resolve payroll issues with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll cycles end-to-end, including on/off-cycle payrolls.
• Handle deductions, garnishments and tax remittances accurately.
• Balance general ledger and coordinate with third-party processors.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and support timekeeping/payroll QA.
