The Standard is seeking a Payroll and Accounting Analyst to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing, tax compliance, and data integrity across a multi-state workforce. You will partner with HR, Benefits, Finance, and vendors to resolve inquiries and drive continuous improvement in payroll controls.

This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP/payroll systems (Workday preferred).

Qualificações

• 6 years of payroll experience across multiple states preferred.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing and payroll tax compliance.
• Proficient in payroll reconciliations and related accounting support.
• Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws and payroll regulations.
• Experience using ERP and payroll systems; Workday payroll preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and audit payroll data for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and tax-related balancing activities.
• Research and resolve complex payroll issues and tax discrepancies.
• Collaborate with employees, HR, Benefits, Finance, and vendors to resolve inquiries.
• Identify process improvements and support payroll system enhancements.
