Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in payroll technology.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday payroll.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience documenting business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading UAT processes, including test planning and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with internal control standards (SOX).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver payroll solutions aligned with business needs.
• Define business problems, document clear requirements, and align with technology teams.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) process and communicate outcomes.
• Review and optimize payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay current on Workday releases and features relevant to payroll.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and risks, guiding resolutions.
