Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• 4+ years of experience in payroll technology
• Strong working knowledge of Workday payroll required
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills required
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience leading UAT processes and test planning

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver payroll solutions aligned with business needs
• Define business problems, document requirements, and align with technology teams
• Serve as liaison between business and IT to ensure solution clarity
• Lead the UAT process, develop test scenarios, and document results
• Regularly review payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Stay current on Workday releases and apply relevant features
• Analyze incident data and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
