Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in payroll technology.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday payroll.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven experience documenting business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading UAT processes, including test planning and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Familiarity with SOX internal control standards.

• Analyze incident data to identify trends and provide resolution recommendations.
• Monitor system performance and payroll outcomes to identify risks and opportunities.
