Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Workday Payroll Lead for a 12-month contract (W2) with remote work and travel to client sites. A current Workday Payroll certification and hands-on WD Payroll implementation experience are required.

The role drives the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll, and includes leading client meetings and maintaining key design, decision, and RAID documents to ensure delivery success.

Responsibilities

Workday Payroll Lead that drives the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll.

Lead client meetings that drive to decision.

Identify and update design documents, decision documents, and RAID items.

Expected Deliverables

Tenant Build, User Stories, Defect Resolution, Configuration Workbook, Business Process Workbook, Gap Definition Document Updates

Notes

Needcandidate with hands-on Workday configuration experience. Remote, must be flexible to travel to client office location | and expenses will be reimbursed (Airfare, Train, Hotel, Per Diem, Taxi/Uber)

Contract Eligibility

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range

Pay Range*: Between $95 - $100/- per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
