Job summary

Senior Financial Analyst position with Innova Solutions in Englewood, CO. This full-time contract role supports IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, partnering with IT leadership to ensure cost transparency and effective investment analysis.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of financial analysis or accounting experience, preferably in IT/tech/telecom.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of TBM/ITFM and related tools such as ServiceNow ITFM or Apptio.
• Strong GAAP, accrual accounting, CapEx vs OpEx, and internal controls understanding.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and large data analysis.
• Experience with enterprise finance systems (Oracle/OneStream/Essbase/SmartView/Adaptive Planning).
• Excellent communication to partner with finance and technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical/problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have

• 4-6 years of financial analysis/accounting experience, ideally supporting IT, technology, or telecom organizations.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Working knowledge of TBM, IT Financial Management, and tools such as ServiceNow ITFM, Apptio, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, accrual accounting, CapEx vs. OpEx, and financial controls.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, Power Query, and large data analysis.
• Experience with enterprise finance systems such as Oracle, OneStream, Essbase, SmartView, or Adaptive Planning.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with both finance and technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour on W2

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
