Three Link Solutions is seeking an AMS Payroll Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor for clients live on Workday. Your focus will be supporting and optimizing Workday Payroll configurations in production environments, resolving functional issues, advising on best practices, and configuring business processes as business evolves.

You will work directly with client Payroll teams to understand challenges and translate them into practical Workday solutions, collaborate with internal delivery

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting Workday in a post-go-live, managed services, or consulting capacity.
• Strong functional knowledge Workday Payroll.
• Demonstrated ability to configure and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security, calculated fields, and condition rules.
• Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements, explain system behavior, and recommend solutions.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing functional support for Workday Payroll across multiple client environments, including troubleshooting, configuration changes, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, helping them understand system capabilities, navigate business process configurations, and adopt best practices.
• Manage your own workload and client priorities independently, ensuring work is completed within agreed service levels and client expectations are consistently met.
• Investigate and resolve production issues by performing root cause analysis, testing configuration updates, and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Support Workday release management by reviewing tenant updates, assessing impact on client configurations, and recommending adjustments.
• Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and reporting to improve client self-sufficiency and operational visibility.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and mentor junior consultants, helping build collective expertise across Workday modules.
• Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders, providing clear status updates, managing expectations, and surfacing opportunities to improve their Workday experience.
