You will collaborate with clients, mentor junior consultants, and support ongoing payroll advisory services across a remote, multi-region client base. Strong communication and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Workday Payroll implementation or processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, tax rules, deductions, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery to gather payroll requirements and desired outcomes.
• Configure payroll solutions to meet business requirements using Workday.
• Support data conversion, testing, and validation of configurations.
• Provide trainings and knowledge transfer to clients post go-live.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
