• 4+ years of experience supporting Workday in a post-go-live, managed services, or consulting capacity.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Financials and related configurations.
• Experience gathering requirements, explaining system behavior, and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing functional support for Workday Financials across multiple client environments, including troubleshooting and configuration changes.
• Partner with internal teams to support activations and drive adoption of best practices.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing workload and ensuring service levels are met.
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with teams for resolution.
