Job summary

Three Link Solutions is seeking an experienced AMS Benefits Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor for clients live on Workday. You will optimize Benefits configurations in production, resolve issues, and advise on best practices while collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams.

You will own client relationships across multiple accounts, manage workloads, and translate business challenges into practical Workday solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting Workday in post-go-live, managed services, or consulting.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Benefits.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security, calculated fields, and condition rules.
• Experience gathering client requirements and translating them into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing functional support for Workday Benefits across client environments, including troubleshooting, configuration changes, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, helping them understand system capabilities, navigate business process configurations, and adopt best practices.
• Manage your own workload and client priorities independently, ensuring work is completed within agreed service levels and client expectations are consistently met.
• Investigate and resolve production issues by performing root cause analysis, testing configuration updates, and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Support Workday release management by reviewing tenant updates, assessing impact on client configurations, and recommending adjustments.
• Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and reporting to improve client self-sufficiency and operational visibility.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and mentor junior consultants, helping build collective expertise across Workday modules.
• Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders, providing clear status updates, managing expectations, and surfacing opportunities to improve their Workday experience.
