Job summary

Three Link Solutions is seeking an AMS Integrations Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor and functional expert for clients live on Workday. You will support and optimize Workday Integrations configurations in production environments.

You will own your client relationships, configure business processes, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting Workday in a post-go-live, managed services, or consulting capacity.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Integrations; configuration and troubleshooting of business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements from clients, explaining system behavior, and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing functional support for Workday Integrations across multiple client environments, including troubleshooting and configuration changes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, guiding them on system capabilities and best practices.
• Manage your workload and client priorities independently, ensuring service levels are met.
• Investigate and resolve production issues by performing root cause analysis and coordinating with internal teams.
• Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and reporting to improve client self-sufficiency and visibility.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
