Job summary

Knowbrist Corp dba Three Link Solutions is seeking a Payroll Functional Consultant to guide clients through Workday Payroll implementations, configurations, and testing. You will translate business requirements into effective payroll solutions and ensure a smooth transition to optimized payroll processes.

You will work directly with clients, provide hands-on setup, data conversion support, training, and knowledge transfer, and act as a subject matter expert on payroll configurations and process

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business payroll requirements.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations, tax rules, deductions, and reporting.
• Experience with Workday Payroll implementation or processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and requirements gathering for payroll processes.
• Configure payroll solutions to meet defined business requirements.
• Support data conversion and legacy payroll data migration.
• Assist with end-to-end and parallel testing of payroll configurations.
• Provide payroll expertise and advise on configuration decisions.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge across the team.
• Identify opportunities for additional payroll services.
