Job summary

Three Link Solutions is seeking an AMS Financials Consultant to serve as a trusted Workday expert, supporting production environments across multiple client tandems. You will focus on optimizing Workday Financial configurations, addressing issues, and guiding clients on best practices.

You will work directly with client Financial teams, manage your workload across accounts, and collaborate with internal delivery and escalation resources to deliver timely, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting Workday in a post-go-live, managed services, or consulting capacity.
• Strong functional knowledge Workday Financials.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Workday business processes, security, calculated fields, and condition rules.
• Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements, explain system behavior, and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing functional support for Workday Financials across multiple client environments, including troubleshooting, configuration changes, and issue resolution.
• Partner with the Workday Activation team to support Workday GO activations as business needs require, while building toward a fully utilized, dedicated role within AMS.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, helping them understand system capabilities, navigate business process configurations, and adopt best practices.
• Manage your own workload and client priorities independently, ensuring work is completed within agreed service levels and client expectations are consistently met.
• Investigate and resolve production issues by performing root cause analysis, testing configuration updates, and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Support Workday release management by reviewing tenant updates, assessing impact on client configurations, and recommending adjustments.
• Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and reporting to improve client self-sufficiency and operational visibility.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and mentor junior consultants, helping build collective expertise across Workday modules.
• Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders, providing clear status updates, managing expectations, and surfacing opportunities to improve their Workday experience.
