Job summary

WithumSmith+Brown is seeking a Workday Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day production environment, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with partners for timely issue resolution. The role blends hands-on Workday configuration with operational ownership of intake, testing, documentation, and escalation processes.

You will manage a backlog, promote consistent testing and documentation, and support training to empower functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in Business, IT, or HR systems.
• 4–7 years of hands-on Workday production support, configuration, testing, and coordination.
• Workday certification or formal training is a plus; security, reporting or integration training is helpful.
• Advanced hands-on Workday proficiency in production environments including testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday functionality for routine and moderately complex production needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions.
• Own daily Workday support intake, triage, prioritization, and closure.
• Maintain backlog of production issues, enhancements, and risks with clear ownership.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, migration readiness, and post-production follow-up across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Workday support partners and consultants to resolve items.
