Job summary

Withum is seeking an experienced Workday Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day Workday production environment. You will configure, test, and own support intake, prioritization, and incident resolution across business and technical stakeholders.

You’ll drive backlogs, coordinate with partners and consultants, and ensure production-readiness while maintaining thorough documentation and procedures. A strong bias for process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of hands-on Workday production support and configuration experience.
• Workday certification or formal training preferred; additional training a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday functionality for routine and moderately complex production needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues, evaluate root causes, and implement solutions.
• Own daily Workday support intake, triage, prioritization, and closure.
• Maintain backlog of issues, enhancements, and dependencies with owners and actions.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, and migration readiness across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Workday support partners and consultants; monitor escalations.
• Maintain procedures, documentation, and testing evidence for operations.
• Promote test approvals, documentation, and production-readiness checks.
• Support knowledge transfer to functional teams for process independence.
• Provide recurring operational reporting on backlog and risks.
• Participate in Workday release planning and regression testing.
• Direct or coordinate operational work and training needs.
