Job summary

Mosaic Health is seeking a Workday Configuration Lead to drive configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions across the employee lifecycle.

The role demands deep Workday expertise, strong project leadership, and a passion for process improvement through technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years Workday configuration experience.
Minimum 3 years supporting Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment and support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding and Talent Management.
Configure business processes, rules, notifications, and security roles.
Translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions aligned with HR goals.
Establish configuration standards and governance practices.
Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver scalable talent solutions.
Lead requirements gathering, design sessions, and user acceptance testing.
