Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Organizational Change & Training Consultant to guide clients through change and training aspects of Workday transformations. You will assess impacts, develop change strategies, and deliver training programs to enable adoption and sustainable outcomes.

The role involves partnering with project teams, stakeholders, and end users, creating training content, leading workshops, and tracking adoption metrics across client projects. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Degree or certification in Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, Change Management, or a related discipline is desirable.
• 2+ years of experience developing and executing change management, communications, and training programs.
• Experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ACMP, or similar frameworks.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical change and training solutions.
• Willingness to travel based on business and client needs.
• Eligible for SC Clearance - UK residency requirement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers in planning, development, and execution of organizational change and training activities.
• Develop and execute change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training plans tailored to client needs.
• Assess organizational impacts and readiness, identifying key stakeholder groups and adoption strategies.
• Organize, lead, and support customer-facing training sessions for Workday solutions.
• Guide clients through the people side of transformation and legacy-to-Workday transitions.
• Create engaging training materials, job aids, communications, and learning content for diverse audiences.
• Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to understand culture and business challenges.
• Track metrics and adoption outcomes, communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams, Engagement Managers, and client stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Support UAT, deployment planning, go-live readiness, and adoption activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Support practice development initiatives and internal training.
