Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Learning or other LMS
• Experience maintaining training records and governance
• Strong data management and Excel skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data

Responsibilities

• Review and consolidate training requirements into a standardized structure
• Validate learner profiles, audiences, assignments, and completion records
• Configure learner populations, programs, and assignment rules
• Process mass uploads and data corrections
• Document governance rules and updated processes
• Build reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to correct data issues
