Acuity Technology Partners is seeking a Senior Workday Learning Consultant to configure, support, and optimize Workday Learning. This role emphasizes post-production support, AMS services, and Phase X project delivery for multiple client engagements.

The ideal candidate will work autonomously yet collaborate with our team, delivering high-quality learning configurations, dashboards, and compliance tracking while translating complex concepts into business-friendly language.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Learning experience.
• Post-production support, AMS, Phase X enhancements experience.
• Hands-on configuration of course, lesson, and program.
• Experience with learning campaigns, enrollment rules, and completion criteria.
• Content provider integrations (SCORM/xAPI).
• Learning reporting and compliance tracking.
• Client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing post-production and AMS support for Workday Learning.
• Troubleshoot course enrollment, completion, and content delivery issues.
• Deliver Learning configuration enhancements and Phase X requests.
• Configure courses, lessons, programs, and campaigns for various formats.
• Manage enrollment rules, prerequisites, and completion criteria; ensure reporting.
