Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Workday Learning Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM Learning functionality, configuration, and optimization. This role partners with the People Team to translate learning strategies into scalable, system-enabled solutions.

The Analyst designs, tests, deploys, and supports learning-related processes, rules, campaigns and reports, while maintaining data integrity and driving continuous improvements in an agile environment across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR systems administration and configuration experience.
• 3–5 years of Workday HCM, Learning and Reporting experience preferred.
• Workday Pro Certifications in HCM, Learning, Talent or Performance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for Learning technology solutions and optimize system functionality.
• Design, configure, test, and maintain Learning-related business processes and rules.
• Configure Learner Rules, Recertification Rules, Campaigns, and reports.
• Resolve escalated issues and perform root-cause analysis with data integrity validation.
• Lead requirements gathering, document functional requirements, and manage design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Partner with HRIS, IT, and vendor teams to support Learning integrations and data exchanges.
