Job summary

Early Warning seeks an experienced Workday specialist to provide functional support across HR processes including configuration, testing, reporting, and enhancements. The role partners with HR stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions while maintaining data integrity and system reliability.

The position manages Workday assignments independently, lead enhancements, and escalate complex issues requiring specialized expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Typically has 5 years of experience or portfolio consistent with experience.
• Workday experience across HR processes including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Workday functional support and troubleshooting.
• Configure, test, and implement approved Workday changes in HR processes.
• Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR and technology partners to translate requirements into Workday solutions.
