Ladders is seeking a Workday Integrations Lead - Manager for a remote US-based position. You will guide end-to-end Workday integration design, development, testing, deployment, and support, and lead the optimization of integration tools and solutions.

You will establish technical standards, stay current with Workday releases, influence executive decisions, and manage cross-domain third-party integrations, while supporting end-user training.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading technical workstreams for enterprise cloud implementations.
• 4+ years of Workday integration experience across multiple product areas.
• Experience managing large-scale Workday implementation programs and multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams, including offshore resources.
• Strong expertise in Workday integration tools and architecture, including Workday Studio and APIs.
• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture and client relationship management.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually
