Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Lead to guide the design, architecture, and deployment of HR technology solutions across the organization. You will own Workday integrations, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure data integrity between Workday and external systems.

You will mentor teammates, stay current with Workday releases, and collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to optimize HR processes and systems globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with HR/Workday focus.
• Experience implementing, rolling out and supporting Workday HCM integrations.
• Strong Workday Studio experience required; familiarity with EIB, Web Services, XSLT, and XPath.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT applications for HR technologies including Workday, UKG, Concur, SAP, Oracle, and more.
• Lead Workday integrations design, deployment, and data flow between systems.
• Mentor junior team members and stay current with Workday releases.
