Job summary

Strada is seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant to configure and unit test Workday HCM/Financials integrations across client projects. You will ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and work across multiple projects with minimal supervision.

You will develop medium to high complexity reports, grow into a subject matter expert, and lead client conversations with consultative input. Flexible working is offered and travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 2–3+ years in one or more technologies and Workday integrations.
• Experience implementing or supporting Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle or SaaS apps.
• Experience in program/project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Workday Studio/Prism/Reports certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test Workday integrations; develop medium to high complexity reports.
• Ensure timely, quality client deliverables across multiple projects.
• Lead discussions with clients on scope and solutions; provide guidance to teammates.
• Develop estimates for medium to large bodies of work and mentor others.
