Job summary

Altera is seeking a Workday Integrations and Reporting Lead to own and scale our Workday integrations, reporting, and analytics as we grow our people systems post-transaction. Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday HCM experience with focus on integrations and/or reporting.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), XSLT.
• Strong background in Workday report writer, calculated fields, and BIRT/RaaS.
• Understanding of Workday security model as it relates to integrations and reporting.
• Strong Sdata analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
