Job summary

Insperity is seeking a seasoned Workday reporting and integrations expert to deliver scalable BI solutions across HRScale’s Workday ecosystem. You will lead design of reports, dashboards, and integrations that improve data accessibility and accuracy for internal and external stakeholders.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate requirements, own the end-to-end lifecycle of requests, and ensure SOX and privacy controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, HR Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Workday reporting and integrations experience.
• Workday certifications in Reporting, Integration Core, and Workday Studio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support BI and compliance needs.
• Translate complex requirements into reporting solutions that align with goals.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of reporting requests from scoping to deployment and support.
• Ensure data integrity and SOX/compliance with privacy regulations.
• Architect and implement Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Orchestrates, PECI.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and vendor teams to troubleshoot workflows.
• Maintain integration documentation, version control, and audit trails.
• Act as liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, and Technology to meet cross-functional needs.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to training materials.
• Represent the team in client meetings, sales support, and strategic planning as SME.
• Monitor Workday releases and industry trends for innovation.
