Job summary

You will work across HCM, Financials, and SCM domains, with an emphasis on strategic delivery and client communication. A hybrid work model in the US supports collaboration and flexibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday integration experience.
• 2+ years as a Workday Integration Lead.
• Hands-on with Workday Studio/Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Workday Report Writer.
• Preferred: Higher Education or Healthcare implementation experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain technical solutions to clients.
• Experience with offshore/global delivery model; travel up to 25%.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday implementation lifecycle from planning to go-live and post-production support.
• Collaborate with Huron and client teams to deliver solutions.
• Shape designs, training, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate offshore and onshore resources.
