Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Associate to lead client-facing workstreams on Workday integration projects in a hybrid US-based role. You will focus on data analysis, design, and presenting findings to stakeholders, while mentoring Analysts and Coachees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience, utilizing at least two of the listed technologies.
• Experience delivering multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, supporting at least two project phases.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing projects or work-streams with heavy interaction and project management.
• Perform intensive data-analysis and identify impactful insights for clients.
• Mentor Analysts and Coachees to build team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
