Qualifications

2–5 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience.
Experience with REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT, Workday Studio/Orchestrate, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect.
Contributed to multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, supporting at least two project phases.
Strong understanding of integration design principles and data flows between Workday and external systems.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing Workday integration workstreams with heavy data analysis.
Manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables; mentor Analysts and Coachees.
Create client-ready presentations and documentation based on findings and configurations.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.
