Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Workday Integration projects with hands-on development across REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, XSLT, and Workday Studio. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience, utilizing at least two of the following technologies.
• Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio/Orchestrate, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect
• Experience contributing to the delivery of multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, supporting at least two project phases
• Strong understanding of integration design principles and data flows between Workday and external systems
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing project or work-stream leadership with a heavy focus on material client interaction.
• Manage projects with emphasis on project management, data-analysis, and producing client-ready presentations.
• Mentor Analysts and Coachees to strengthen team capabilities.
• Develop and review integration design, documentation, and configuration details.
• Support testing activities and troubleshoot integration issues as needed.
