Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Associate for Workday integration projects in the United States. The role emphasizes client-facing leadership, data-driven problem solving and creating compelling presentations.

You will mentor Analysts and Coachees while delivering across multiple project phases. Ideal candidates have hands-on Workday integration experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance work across several client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of Workday integration development experience.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT, Workday Studio/Orchestrate, EIB and Workday Cloud Connect.
• Delivery experience on multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations.
• Strong understanding of integration design principles and data flows.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Senior Associate roles involve client-facing project or work-stream leadership.
• Heavy focus on material client interaction, project management, data analysis and presenting findings.
• Develop Analysts and Coachees through mentoring and coaching.
