Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Workday integration development efforts, engaging with clients and guiding project workstreams. The role emphasizes data analysis, slide-ready insights, and mentoring junior team members.

You will contribute to multiple Workday HCM/Financials implementations, ensuring clean data flows and robust integration solutions across client environments. Hybrid work options available in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience, utilizing REST, SOAP, XML or XSLT and Workday tools.
• Experience delivering multiple Workday HCM/Financials implementations, supporting at least two project phases.
• Strong understanding of integration design principles and data flows between Workday and external systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing project or work-stream leadership with Sr. Associate responsibilities.
• Engage in material client interaction, project management, data-analysis and presentation creation.
• Mentor Analysts and coachees, developing team through knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful deliveries.
• Support multiple projects with varying size and complexity.
