Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Technical Consultant to design, build and lead Workday integrations for clients. You will manage integration teams, deliver complex interfaces (Studio, EIB, Orchestrate) and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with clients to capture requirements, design documents and lead the development of scalable integration solutions. Up to 25% travel and a strong emphasis on client satisfaction are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Workday implementation experience, or Master's with 3+ years.
• Current Workday Certification in Integrations, Studio or Orchestrate (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 3 years in integration development with modern technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage other integration consultants through Workday deployments.
• Design, build, and test complex Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, core connectors).
• Direct delivery and resourcing for the workstreams with clients.
• Develop and lead quality Workday integration development.
• Engage with 3rd party vendors to complete integration work.
• Communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams.
