Job summary

You will lead, train, and collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to drive upgrades, integrations, and data integrity while staying current with Workday updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of HRIS experience, with at least 3+ years in a Workday environment.
• Proven expertise in Workday Recruiting modules, including configuration, reporting, and process design.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with system integrations and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the HRIS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting, providing guidance on configuration, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Manage and prioritize HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Work with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, and IT to define business needs and develop Workday solutions.
• Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across HRIS functions.
• Develop and deliver training for HRIS users, focusing on best practices for Workday HCM, Recruiting and Compensation.
• Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and maximize system capabilities.
