Job summary

MiTek Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced HRIS leader to own the Workday ecosystem. You will guide a team of analysts, drive a strategic 3-year roadmap, and ensure seamless configuration, integrations, and security across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll modules.

Responsibilities include data governance, advanced analytics, and stakeholder collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience with hands-on Workday implementation/administration
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Workday Certified Professional (Core HCM) preferred
• Strong knowledge of integrations and data management tools
• Experience leading global HRIS transformations or implementations
• Proven project management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of HRIS analysts and specialists
• Develop and execute a 3-year HR technology roadmap aligning Workday with company goals
• Own end-to-end Workday operations including configuration, integrations, business processes, and security
• Lead optimization of Workday modules: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent/Performance, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Payroll, Prism Analytics
• Ensure data governance, security, and privacy with advanced dashboards and reporting
• Lead release management for Workday feature releases, including testing and training
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Manage HRIS vendor relationships, including renewals and SLAs
