Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Ability to translate HR/Business needs into system requirements and enhancements.

• Provide strategic leadership for the Workday platform and align with HR/business priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR Systems team for Workday administration and support.
• Oversee HR systems tickets, SLAs, and change management.
