Job summary

MiTek is seeking an experienced HRIS leader to guide a team of analysts and specialists in managing the Workday ecosystem. You will develop a three-year HR technology roadmap, aligning Workday capabilities with MiTek's strategic goals while balancing domestic and international priorities.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong leadership, and proven project delivery, with collaboration across HR, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless integrations and security.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience with hands-on Workday implementation/administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, business or related field.
• Workday certification (Core HCM or other modules) preferred, strong integrations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of HRIS analysts and specialists.
• Develop and execute a 3-year HR technology roadmap aligning Workday with business goals.
• Own end-to-end Workday environment: configurations, integrations, business processes, security.
