Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a proactive People Support Specialist to optimize HR processes and deliver excellent employee experiences. You will own Tier 2 Workday escalations, coordinate UAT, and collaborate with HR Partners to ensure system configurations meet business needs.

You will contribute to data integrity, improve self-service resources, and maintain strict confidentiality while leveraging modern AI tools to enhance HR workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation.
• Strong testing, troubleshooting, and learning complex processes quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to partner across HR teams and maintain confidentiality.
• Aptitude for using AI tools to enhance HR processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• System Support & Escalation: primary contact for Tier 2 Workday escalations and issue resolution.
• Testing & Change Management: coordinate and execute UAT for configurations and releases.
• Process Improvement: enhance self-service resources and HR processes for efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with HR Partners and COEs to align systems with goals.
• Data Management: maintain data integrity via EIB data loads and related tasks.
• Policy & Confidentiality: ensure adherence to Workday policies and privacy standards.
