Job summary

Machine Intelligence Technologies LLC is seeking a Workday Solutions Engineer, People Technology, to optimize and maintain our Workday ecosystem. You will drive configurations for HCM, Recruiting, and Time Off/Absence, while enabling AI-enabled solutions across our global People organization.

You’ll partner with the People Operations teams to design tech that supports evolving delivery models, driving AI and automation adoption and enhancing data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

5+ years in HR Operations/HRIS or People Technology with Workday configuration experience in a global environment.
Expertise in Workday HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, and Time Off/Absence Management.
Strong technical ability to build analyses, models, and automations in spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

Drive hands-on Workday configuration, enhancements, and optimization across HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, and Absence Management.
Enable AI-integrated solutions using Workday Extend and external tools.
Champion AI-first HR tech initiatives and deliver innovative employee experiences.
Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards in Workday and Tableau for insights.
Provide proactive, consultative support to the People team and wider organization.
