Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and related HR technologies. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leadership to align systems with strategic goals and governance standards.

You will drive reporting, analytics, data governance, and integrations, while providing project leadership for Workday initiatives and ongoing optimization across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Public Health, Health Information Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 year(s) of experience supporting HRIS, ERP, or enterprise business systems.
• Experience with HRIS administration, reporting, and data management.
• Experience supporting HR technology implementations or system upgrades.
• Experience leading complex Workday implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Workday configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization; manage security frameworks.
• Lead data governance, reporting, and analytics for HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee data conversion, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and integrations with other systems.
• Lead HR technology projects, upgrades, and process improvements; develop test plans and UAT.
• Provide mentorship and training to HRIS team members and stakeholders.
