Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Manager, HRIS and People Analytics for an on-site role in Austin, TX. You will serve as the primary Workday functional lead, driving configuration, optimization, and data integrity across HR systems and related modules.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, IT, and business leaders to improve processes, automate workflows, and develop robust reports and analytics for executives. Leadership of the HR Technology team is required to advance our HR tech initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on Workday administration and configuration experience.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes, security, reporting, calculated fields, workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday administration, configuration, and optimization to support Core HCM and related modules.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to improve HR processes and automation.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards with data governance.
• Build and coach the HR Technology team to ensure system excellence and service delivery.
