Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is recruiting a Senior Workday Analyst to support advanced configuration, optimization, and escalated support across enterprise platforms within the UT Dell Medical School environment.

You will mentor analysts, participate in major upgrades, and collaborate with stakeholders to align Workday solutions with organizational goals. This role supports a Fall 2026 transformation and ongoing enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum five years of experience in application support, configuration, or systems analysis.
Minimum of two years of experience providing technical support and stakeholder engagement for healthcare finance and revenue cycle systems.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level support for complex Workday issues and escalations.
Perform root cause analyses and develop sustainable solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve critical issues.
Lead medium- to large-scale projects or workstreams.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for system changes.
Create detailed technical documentation and reports on performance and compliance.
