Job summary

Walbec Group in the Midwest seeks an HRIS Manager to lead the HRIS team and oversee Workday, CMiC, and integrations. This role acts as Platform Administrator within Walbec's Workday Platform Governance framework and requires deep Core HCM knowledge.

The candidate will configure security, approve day-to-day production changes, and coordinate governance documentation, testing, and validation across all HRIS tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in Core HRIS/HCM systems.
• Strong Workday governance and configuration capabilities.
• Ability to manage security models and production changes.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration & Governance: administer day-to-day changes and enforce sandbox-first protocol.
• Security-model changes and cross-module changes approved by SVP HR.
• Own integration portfolio: Workday, CMiC, and their interfaces.
• Lead two analysts who configure and maintain the tenant.
• Sign off on semi-annual Workday releases and post-release validation.
