Job summary

Capital Health System, Inc. is seeking a skilled HRIS/Workday professional to manage system updates, configurations, and integrations across HR modules.

You will lead configuration workstreams, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Recruiting to deliver enhancements and new capabilities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of Workday experience, with strong knowledge of HCM, Talent and Performance, Advanced Compensation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of directly related HRIS and Workday experience.
• Hands-on Workday implementation and configuration experience in two or more Workday functional areas (HCM, Talent and Performance, Advanced Compensation, Integrations, Reporting, or Time and Absence).
• Ability to lead configuration work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and apply Workday best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage system updates and new feature releases.
• Design and recommend solutions or alternate methods for complex system issues, evaluating downstream and cross-module impacts before implementation.
• Research and resolve HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws.
• Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries, analyzing data, and evaluating gaps with HR.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
• Train HR Users on processes and functionality of the systems and assist teams with system-related questions.
