Job summary

WelbeHealth seeks a Program Manager (Assignment: Principal Analyst, Workday HCM) to be the core Workday configuration expert during the enterprise implementation. You will translate business needs into scalable configurations and mentor incoming analysts.

Reporting to the Director, People Technology Transformation, you will partner with stakeholders to design future-state processes, support testing, and ensure readiness for launch, delivering a best-in-class HRIS for a mission‑driven healthcare

Qualifications

Hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience across modules (HCM, payroll, absence, timekeeping, etc).
Ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary hands-on Workday HCM configuration resource across payroll, absence, timekeeping, recruiting, HCM, and LMS.
Partner with directors and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into configurations.
Configure Workday HCM modules to support business requirements, compliance, and user experience.
Support design sessions by evaluating options, dependencies, and trade-offs in Workday configurations.
Partner in testing activities across unit, integration, and UAT to ensure readiness for launch.
Document configuration decisions and design assumptions to support knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
